The running programs below are designed by our qualified run coaches here at Balance Spin Studio. The programs below are for beginner 5 or 10km runners. Each program is only a basic guideline to helping individuals achieve 5 or 10 km over an 8 week timeline.
Here at Balance we offer run coaching and also take group outdoor running classes. These classes are designed for all ability runners and levels of fitness.
